If for any reason, you have a change of mind for an item you have received, Nomad Nextdoor will happily accept returns on full priced items within 30 days of the order date for either an exchange or store credit, providing that the product is:
– Unused and returned in the original condition.
– Has all tags attached.
– Includes the original packaging, without postal labels.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item/s.
Please also choose carefully when deciding on product/s you wish to purchase as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however, we will be more than happy to discuss the details of your return via email at email@example.com.
LIMITED EDITION PRODUCT RETURNS
Limited Edition products and deals are not eligible for a return/exchange except in the event of a product fault.
All items purchased on sale are final unless the product is deemed faulty so, please be mindful when selecting.
To file a return/exchange, please complete the form below. If eligible for a return/exchange you will be contacted via email within two business days with the return instructions.
If you consider your item to be faulty, please email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
Faulty items returned will be sent a pre-paid return shipping label. Nomad Nextdoor will reimburse the standard shipping cost onto your original form of payment or PayPal account.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email from Nomad Nextdoor, with either an invoice for a new item or a gift card code.
